O.S.P Ebidance

Ebi (shrimp) Dance – the sophisticated topwater lure

The Ebi (Shrimp) Dance is a highly developed surface lure that can be used effectively even in heavily fished waters without snagging. With its sharp, fast turning movements it provokes even wary bass under heavy fishing pressure to attack.

Its outstanding feature is the innovative foamed elastomer material, which offers significantly higher buoyancy than conventional elastomer lures. As a result the lure stays reliably on the surface without diving during the action.

The basic movement of the Shrimp Dance is a unique “dogwalk style”, or “walk the dog”, in which the lure glides across the water, briefly cuts through it and then slides elegantly out again. This fast, powerful action recalls a hard bait with a balsa-wood core – the responsiveness is directly noticeable.

Thanks to its high responsiveness to rod twitches, popping movements and tight turns at short distances are easily possible. The large slit in the body ensures that the hook point is reliably exposed on the strike. The ideal balance of stiffness and elasticity makes inserting and removing the hook easier – comparable to a classic soft bait (worm).

Another plus: the material is less sticky, which additionally simplifies handling when rigging. The combination of realistic looks, buoyancy and action makes the Shrimp Dance a real powerhouse for exciting topwater fishing.
