The deps Buzzjet Trout Model is a purpose-developed wakebait version for trout fishing, based on the well-known Buzzjet from deps. This ultra-light topwater lure for trout was designed specifically for waters where surface activity plays an important role.

With its unique construction the lure creates intense water movement and seductive triggers that tempt even cautious trout to attack.

Perfect for surface fishing for trout

The special Spy Clip lip with curved tip bites into the water immediately and creates a distinctive water flow. Combined with the rotating propeller, complex wave movements and a striking flicker on the surface are produced.

This combination imitates:

insects falling into the water
pellets from trout ponds
small baitfish at the surface

This effectively tempts especially surface-active trout to bite. The spectacular topwater strikes make fishing with this lure particularly exciting.
